What are the advantages of creating an account?

A Triumph account offers you a smoother shopping experience, making your purchase faster and easier. Creating an account will offer you the possibility to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Creating and saving a wishlist of products. Also sharing it with friends
  • Saving your most frequently used adresses
  • Viewing your order history

Do I need an account to place my order?

Creating an account is not an essential step for creating an order, you can place your order as a guest. However, having an account will save you time when purchasing from the website, since your adress and other details are safely stored for future purchases.

I forgot my password

If you forgot your password, go to the "My Account" section available in the main menu and click on it. A page will display. There, click on "Forgot your password?". Please enter the email address associated to your account and follow the instructions in the email you will receive.

Can I change the email address associated to my account?

Yes. You can change the email address associated with your account after logging in. This update will apply to your account details and future orders, but it will not affect orders that have already been placed.

How can I delete my customer account?

Is it possible to receive regular emails about Triumph’s latest news and offers?

Yes, you can subscribe to our newsletter and be the first to find out about our latest news and offers. After creating an account with us, you will receive an email where you can confirm your preferences. You can also manage your communication preferences from your account.

How can I unsubscribe from the Triumph newsletter?

You can unsubscribe from our newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any of the newsletter emails. You can also manage your communication preferences from your account.

You can register on our website using the registration form available here. Alternatively, the employees in the Triumph stores and Triumph outlets can also record your data. Participation is only permitted from the age of 18. If you have you already registered in one of our stores, you may enter your membership number in the space provided on the registration page

What is the Member Zone?

The Member Zone is a dedicated area only for members of our MyTriumph loyalty program which includes exclusive offers and promotions. It is visible to all, but useable only by members of the program. You can register by clicking here.

How do I find the product I am looking for in the website?

There are a few ways to locate the product you want:

  • You can browse through the different categories of the menu and use our filters in them to specify your preferred details.
  • You can also type what you are looking for in the search box which pops up whenever you click on the magnifier icon.

Whenever you find what your are looking for, click on the "Add to cart" button.

Can I cancel an order?

Due to our fast processing we are unfortunately unable to change or cancel your order. You can place a new order and/or return your previous order. For more information on our returns policy, please visit the returns page.

Can I change the email address of my order?

The email address associated to an order cannot be modified after the order has been placed. If you would like to receive your tracking details, please contact our customer service and let us know your order date, order amount and delivery address.

An item was missing or I received the wrong product. How do I proceed?

We apologise for the incomplete delivery, we strive to take all the measures for this not to happen. Please contact our Customer Service. Click here to open our contact form.

I ordered the wrong item. Can I change it before it is delivered?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the items in an order once it has been placed. You may place a new order and/or return the original order.

How do I redeem a promotion code?

In order to redeem your promotion code or voucher, please follow the steps:

  • Add to the shopping cart the applicable discount products.
  • Enter the promotion code in the available section, right after choosing the delivery method.
  • Confirm.

Please note that you can only use one code per purchase and that some codes are valid for a limited time only.

How can I redeem my promotion code later?

If you forgot to redeem your promotion code, you can contact our customer service here and provide us with your order number and name of the discount code.

What should I do if my promotion code is not working?

If your promotion code is not working, please check whether it has already been used or has expired. Also make sure that the products you want to order are not excluded from the voucher promotion and that you are entering the code exactly how it appears in our banners.

Is my personal data safe in the Triumph online shop?

Yes. Your personal data counts on optimal protection and we count on additional measures in order to support your trust. To secure your order and credit card data, we only send your data in encrypted form. For this we use the encryption method SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

I want to withdraw from my contract with you.

If your order was placed less than 30 days ago, please return your order after it has been delivered. For more information on how to place a return, visit the returns section.

If your order was placed more than 30 days ago, withdrawal from the contract is unfortunately not possible.

What is the delivery cost?

Enjoy our free standard delivery if you are a member of the MyTriumph program.

If you are not a member, the fees are as follows:

When can I expect my order to arrive?

You can expect your order to arrive within 4-6 working days.

How can I check the progress of my delivery?

As soon as the package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a link which you can use to check the shipping status at any time.

You can also use the "Check order status" section available in the main menu. Introduce your order number and billing post code and you will be able to track your order.

If you have an account, you can log in and check your order status directly from the tracking button available.

How long after receiving my confirmation email will I be able to track my order?

The shipping status check does not work until after the sender's system has been updated. If it does not work immediately, please check again later, since sometimes it can take up to 48 hours.

What happens if I am not present during the first delivery attempt?

If you weren't in to receive your parcel, your courier will leave a card that will either detail when they will return to try again, or provide you with a contact number so you can get in touch directly to reschedule your delivery.

How many days do I have to pick up my order from the EVRi Parcelshop?

If you have opted for delivery to a EVRi Parcelshop, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as your order is available for pick up. You will have 10 days to collect your parcel. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us. Don't forget your order number and your ID card when you pick up your order.

I have not received my order, yet according to the delivery status it has arrived. How do I proceed?

You can also opt for contacting your carrier directly. In order to do so, please have your tracking number available.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the delivery address for your order. You may contact Royal Mail directly, as they may be able to assist depending on the delivery timeline.

Can I have my order delivered to another country?

Our offering is intended only for customers who can specify a delivery address in the UK.

We also ship items to the following countries, each of them on a country specific website: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Portugal.

Return & Refunds

At Shop Triumph, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a clear and stress-free return policy in accordance with retail best practices.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Items may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Sale or promotional items must be returned within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment only. Store credit is not provided under any circumstances. Once refunded, customers may place a new order for the desired item.

Which items are eligible for return?

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn.
  • In their original condition and packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or receipt.
  • Inclusive of all accessories such as leather tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and any other items provided at delivery.
Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?

Monogrammed or personalized items are strictly non-returnable.

Lingerie and men's underwear are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Items that are used, worn, damaged, soiled, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact Shop Triumph within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number in the email or have it ready when calling.

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return an item that has been delivered to you, you must physically return it to the Blue Salon showroom located on C-ring Road, Doha, Qatar.

  • Pack the product securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
  • Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be unused.
  • Enclose the invoice or receipt.
  • Present the package to the appropriate section in Triumph.
  • Keep the order number for your return in order to monitor return status.

Once your item has been returned, please allow 3-5 business days processing time within the showroom for inspection, scanning, and processing.

How long does the refund take?

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7 days after the return has been approved.

Please also note that the timing for the refund to appear on your credit card statement depends on your bank.

We will keep you updated throughout the process so you always know your refund status.

Can a restocking fee be deducted?

If an item is returned in a compromised condition, a 50% restocking fee may be deducted from the original purchase price.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse. If payment has already been made, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

How do I find my size?

In case you need assistance in finding your size, you can use our AI body scanning solution. It uses your mobile device's camera to accurately recommend the best size for you in just a few seconds. Alternatively, you can follow the instructions for measuring your bra size here.

Can I save my favorite items?

Yes, to do this, click on the heart shape situtated on the top right corner of the item's picture. In order to access your list, you can always click on the same icon located on upper right margin of our website.

Keep in mind that, if you are saving products without having an account, they will be automatically deleted from the list after 30 days.

Can I pre-order or reserve a product?

For the moment these options are not available on our website.

Are items marked "sold out" replaced?

Unfortunately, not all the sold-out items will be replenished, but we often get new sizes for some of the articles in the website. We encourage you to sign up for our "Back in stock" notification by selecting the unavailable size of the item you like and entering your email adress in the pop-up that will display.

How can I take care of my garments?

On each product page on our website you can find a section which includes the composition and care instructions of the item. We recommend following our care instructions in order to ensure the longest life possible out of your product. We also encourage you to check our Clever Care section, available here.
